Rael, creator engine
Ten creators, starting with Miracle Patch
A first roster for Rael: 10 creators live in six weeks, 7 videos each per week, starting with Miracle Patch, body wipes and period underwear.
- creators live by week six
- 10
- creator videos a month at the full roster
- 303
- weeks from the first creator to the full roster

Night one with the Overnight Spot Cover
A creator films the patch going on at night, then a plain morning check-in with no skin results promised. She points viewers to Rael. Illustrative only, not a real post.

At a glance
| Roster | 10 creators, 2 more each week | Live by week: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. The ramp takes six weeks. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Creators who already film skin and cycle care | Fit by product: Miracle Patch, Body Wipes, period underwear, Gentle Foaming Feminine Wash. |
| Production | 7 videos per creator per week | 303 creator videos a month at 10 creators. |
| Pay | Base pay $300, $500 or $800 | Caps of $600, $1,000 and $1,500 by band. All 10 creators at the top cap: $15,000, bonuses excluded. |
| Bonus | Cap bonus $300, $500 or $700 | Plus $50 flat for any video past 100,000 views, one per creator per month. |
| Compliance | Claims sheet and paid-partnership label | Creators quote only Rael's own wording; no bonus on a video that breaks the sheet. |
| Category rule | No health outcomes, no minors on camera | Supplements, period care and skin care all follow the six category rules. |
| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views | Target cost per 1,000 views. The simulator starts at $5.74 on my guesses, so the gap is real. |
| Report | Every Monday, one page | Views and cost per 1,000 views by creator and format, winners, losers cut, bonuses due. |
| Decision | Approve the ramp, 2 creators at a time | The Rael lead signs the claims sheet first, then each step of the ramp. Losers killed early. |

Track record
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid engine together. Rael needs the same playbook: pick formats, test one variable at a time, kill losers early, pay for what ships. Period care, skin care and supplements are a category I have not run, so the category rules come first and the Rael lead has the last word on claims.

Why now
4.7
A score that already exists
One Rael product page shows 4.7 out of 5 stars across 98 reviews. A creator who has used the product puts a face and a voice behind that score.
Published$5
A first-order line to say out loud
Rael offers $5 off a first order with coupon code WELCOME5. It gives every creator video one clear next step.
Published10%
Subscribe & Save gives the demo an ending
Subscribers save 10% on every order and earn 2x rewards points. After the demo, a creator has something concrete to say about refills.
Published$60
Free shipping gives kit videos a line
Rael shows free shipping over $60. The Miracle Patch Ultimate Blemish Patch Kit at $69.99 clears that line, so a kit video can mention it.

Principles
One number to protect
Cost per 1,000 views is the number to protect, and $1 is the target. Every creator, format and bonus is judged against it.
One variable per test
Each Rael format changes one thing: the hook, the setting or the product. Losers killed early, so the hook library keeps only what held attention.
Pay for volume, then for reach
Base pay buys 7 videos per creator per week. The cap bonus rewards finishing; $50 flat rewards a video past 100,000 views, once per creator per month.
Claims come from the sheet
Creators quote Rael's own wording only. Anything off the sheet goes to the Rael lead before filming, and a video that breaks it earns no bonus.

One channel for everything
#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
PriyaMon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: Miracle Patch Overnight Spot Cover. Show it going on at night, one hook, one setting. Use only the claims sheet lines. Drafts in #drafts by Thursday.
Report botAppMon 9:00 AM
Weekly report posted: views by format, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, losers marked for cutting.
JessTue 10:15 AM
Can I say the Overnight Spot Cover clears breakouts by morning?
No. That is a result claim and it is not on the sheet. Say what the patch is and how it feels to wear.
PriyaWed 2:40 PM
Draft sent back: the hook works, the line about skin results is not on the sheet. Reshoot the opening without it and resend.

Video past 100,000 views: the Body Wipes drawer check by Jess. Flagged for the $50 flat bonus and added to the paid test list.
PriyaFri 11:00 AM
Check: every draft carries the paid-partnership label and no minor is on camera. Two drafts are cleared to post.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
Night one with the patch
“Night one with the Miracle Patch Overnight Spot Cover.”
Bathroom mirror, clean dry skin, patch on in one take. No result claims; add a plain morning check-in.

Brief 02
The patch turns white
“Watch this patch turn white on camera.”
Close-up on one Microcrystal Spot Cover in natural light. Read only the sheet lines on wear time and turning white.

Brief 03
Period underwear for the bag
“Period underwear for the bag, made with organic cotton.”
Open the pack on camera, show the stretch, then pack it into a bag. Product name on screen. No protection promises.

Brief 04
Foam at the sink
“Washing my face with the Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser.”
Sink or shower shot, tube in frame, squeeze to foam. Talk about the feel; skip skin-outcome claims.

Brief 05
Body wipes drawer check
“Organic Cotton Body Wipes: fragrance-free, in my drawer.”
Desk or gym-bag drawer, the 2 pack in frame, one wipe in hand. Read only the sheet line on the wipes.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Free Shipping over $60”, “Use coupon code WELCOME5 for $5 off your first order.”, “Designed for comfortable wear, each patch can be applied to clean, dry skin and worn for 4–8 hours.”. Product names are said as printed.

Recruiting
Four sources in
Rael reviewers and repeat buyers
Customers who wrote reviews on Rael product pages, where one page shows 98 reviews at 4.7 stars. Outreach only with the Rael lead's OK.
Skin-care and patch creators
Creators who already film nightly routines, patch routines and mask nights. The Hydrogel Mask collection and the Miracle Patch range give them real products.
Period and body-care creators
Creators who talk openly about cycles, with pads, tampons and period underwear in their bathroom. Fits the Organic Cotton Cover Pads and Disposable Period Underwear.
Affiliate or ambassador page
I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the Rael site, so there is no open application to build on. I would ask the Rael lead before any public call for creators.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Adult and at ease on camera
Adult creators only, comfortable talking about cycles and skin on camera.
2Audience fit
Their viewers already watch period, skin or body-care content, not general lifestyle.
3Reads the claims sheet
A paid test: rewrite one hook using only sheet lines. Anyone who adds claims is out.
4Can ship 7 videos a week
Delivers 7 videos per week without recycling the same hook.
5Real product use
Will use the product on camera: patch, wipe, wash or underwear.

Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
It clears your acne
A skin-outcome promise. Study wording belongs to Rael and stays with its footnote.
It fixes your hormones
Health claim on the supplements. Only Rael's own wording, attributed to Rael.
It ends cramps for good
Outcome promise on the Pain Relief Roll-On for Cramps and the supplements.
Better than other period brands
Comparisons are out. The sheet makes none and creators must not invent one.
Doctor recommended
The site does not say it. The only testing line is on the wipes.
Safe to use during pregnancy
Medical advice. Creators never advise on pregnancy, medication or conditions.
Guaranteed results in days
Timing promises belong to Rael's study wording and cannot be paraphrased.

Pay
Starter
$300–600

Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
Creator with steady views on skin or period content: the default band for Rael.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
Creator whose audience already asks about patches or period care; earned after the first month.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month, however many videos pass 100,000 views.
- The bonus is judged per video: $50 flat on any single video past 100,000 views.
- Only organic views count. Paid boosts, ads and giveaways do not count toward 100,000.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even past 100,000 views.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
At the starting guesses, 303 videos reach 1.8M views and cost $10,050: $5.74 per 1,000 views against a $1.00 target. It closes if 4.2% of videos go viral or the median hits 21,711 views.

- Videos / month
- 303
- Est. views / month
- 1.8M

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Brief and claims sheet
The Rael lead approves the claims sheet and the five formats. The first 2 creators start in Week 1, on Miracle Patch and Body Wipes only.
Month 1
Ramp to 10 creators
2 creators join each week until 10 are live, a ramp of six weeks. Every video tests one variable; losers are cut early and the hook library starts.
Month 2
Pay by band
Creators move between Starter, Standard and Premium on cost per 1,000 views, not follower count. Cap bonuses start to matter here.
Month 3
Send winners to paid
Videos past 100,000 views and the best hooks follow the organic-to-paid steps. Each paid test changes one variable.
Day 90
Keep, cut or resize
Review against the $1 target for cost per 1,000 views. Keep what moves toward it, drop what does not, and decide with the Rael lead whether to go past 10 creators.
Monthly ceiling
$15,000 on base pay and caps
All 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded, comes to $15,000. That is the most the program can cost before any $50 bonus.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.
Part 13 of 15
Reporting
Every Monday the Rael lead gets one page: views and cost per 1,000 views by creator and format, the winners, the losers cut and any bonus due. No chasing.

Part 14 of 15
Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Organic first
Every video posts organic. Nothing is boosted until it has run on its own.
Flag the winners
A video past 100,000 views, or one that beats its format's median, goes on the paid list.
Get written permission
The creator OKs the video as an ad and the Rael lead approves the claim lines before any spend.
Test one variable
Run the winner as an ad, changing one thing at a time. Losers killed early; the hook goes into the library either way.
From the video to the checkout
- Patch videos land on Best Sellers, where the Miracle Patch Overnight Spot Cover is listed.
- Viewers who ask where to start go to Rael's quiz.
- Kit videos go to Save On Sets; the Miracle Patch Ultimate Blemish Patch Kit at $69.99 clears free shipping over $60.
- First-time viewers get the WELCOME5 line: $5 off a first order.
- Daily-use videos end on Subscribe & Save: 10% off every order plus 2x rewards points.
Part 15 of 15
Category rules
Period care, skin care and supplements
Rael sells tampons, pads, hydrogel masks, patches and supplements, so one video can cross three rule sets. These six rules apply to every creator.
No health outcomes
Creators never promise relief, balance or clearer skin. For the Hormone Balance Supplement and the PMS Cramp & Bloat Supplement they use only the claims sheet wording, attributed to Rael.
Study wording stays with Rael
Study figures, like the footnote on the Pain Relief Roll-On for Cramps, are used only after the Rael lead confirms the exact line. No creator rounds, adds or paraphrases.
Adults on camera
No minors appear on camera. For the First Period Kit for Teens, the creator is an adult parent and the teen stays off screen.
No intimate shots
Show packaging and the product in use on hands, hair or face. Nothing explicit, even for the Soothing Vulva Care Set.
Disclose every post
Every paid post carries the paid-partnership label in the first line. A missing label means a rewrite and no bonus.
No before-and-after, no comparisons
No skin or cycle before-and-after edits and no named competitor. A video that breaks a rule earns no $50 bonus and no cap bonus.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
